While each retreat follows the natural rhythm of the season, our days are designed around a balanced combination of movement, nourishment, play, recovery and connection.
07:00 – Morning movement & play
A playful morning practice to awaken coordination, energy and connection with your body.
08:30 – Breakfast
A vibrant, chef-prepared organic breakfast to nourish you for the day ahead.
09:30 – Mindful movement practice
Explore natural movement through skill-based practice that develops strength, mobility and body awareness.
12:30 – Lunch
A wholesome seasonal lunch prepared by our private chef.
13:45 – Mindful movement practice
Continue your movement journey through playful exploration, partner work and physical challenges that build confidence, adaptability and ease.
15:45 – Time to restore
Relax in the sauna, enjoy a swim, book a massage or simply unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.
17:30 – Deep rest & mobility
A restorative practice combining gentle movement and deep rest to release tension, support recovery and help your body integrate the day’s experiences.
19:30 – Dinner
Gather together for a beautifully prepared seasonal dinner before a relaxed evening with the group.

The Autumn Grounding approach
Autumn Grounding is not about pushing harder or doing more. It is about finding the balance between movement and recovery — building strength, awareness and confidence while giving your body the space it needs to restore.
Whether you’re new to natural movement or already have an established practice, Autumn Grounding is designed to meet you where you are, with thoughtful guidance, considered progression and space to explore at your own pace.
