Getting started is simple:
Decide your dates - pick the time of year that works for you.
Select your location - choose your setting and preferred accommodation.
Choose your programme - select the Root or Rise course for your stay.
Root provides the grounding.
Rise helps you expand from it - building presence, vitality and confidence in your movement and daily practice.
