And with movement being our foundation we therefore truly believe that Wildfitness and everything that we do is part of being human too.

So whether you are looking to move more, take a break, de-stress, sleep better, improve fitness, eat well or simply meet new people and enjoy yourself, we believe Wildfitness is the place for you.
Can you cater for my dietary requirement/allergies?
Absolutely. We understand that everyone’s dietary needs are different, whether due to allergies, intolerances or personal preferences. Our team can cater to most requirements and we’re committed to making sure you enjoy nutritious, delicious meals that support your wellbeing.

Is the retreat suitable for my age?
We believe that moving and learning to move in many different ways is for all ages. The ages of our clients vary enormously. We have had clients range from 18yrs old to our eldest of 82. A lady young at heart that after recently being diagnosed with osteoarthritis came to us in order to get back on the ski slopes.

Please note we cannot accept anyone under the age of 18.
Is the retreat suitable for all fitness levels/abilities?
We understand that some people may be concerned about their fitness level when considering a retreat, but let us reassure you that any fitness level is welcome. Whether you are looking to begin your wellbeing journey, are seeking a challenge to push your limits or are somewhere in-between, you'll find exactly what you need with us.

Locations that nourish and heal mind, body and soul.
That surround you with nature.
That provide you with space to move, play, rest, eat, connect and discover.
Locations where you will find your tribe and feel more welcomed and at home than you could ever imagine.
(Not to mention Wildfitness is way more sustainable than joining a gym).
Can I join if I have an injury?
The majority of us will have picked up some kind of injury or ailment somewhere along the line.

The good news is that whether old or new, most of these injuries or ailments we believe can be improved or even healed through a combination of movement, rest, improving diet and living that little bit more wild.
There are however some rare cases where we would need a letter of approval from your doctor and/or specialist or we would advise that perhaps Wildfitness isn’t quite suitable for you just yet.

Please inform us of any known injuries upon booking so we can assess if the retreat is suitable for you.
If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to one of our coaches via email for guidance before finalising your booking.
Is the retreat suitable for pregnant women?
At Wildfitness, we want to ensure that every participant can fully engage in our retreats/programmes safely. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate women during pregnancy, regardless of the stage.

If you are at least 12 weeks postpartum, you can join the retreat, provided you have a doctor’s clearance, which must be sent to us upon booking.

If you’ve had a C-section or experienced complications during childbirth, we require that you wait at least 6 months postpartum before joining the retreat. At that point, you will need to obtain (and provide us with) your doctor’s clearance to ensure that you are ready for the physical activities involved.

If you are unsure about your recovery or readiness, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before booking. We will be happy to discuss your situation and guide you accordingly.
