Check In
The course will officially start at 18:45 on the Friday with check in to the fort no earlier than 16:00.
Check Out
The course will finish post breakfast on the Friday, with check out no later than 10:30.
Recommended Flights
Any other flight that lands early morning or prior to 13:00 will work perfectly for the ferry connection
(see below for exact recommendations). Regarding departure we recommend any flight departing from Pisa or Florence from 17:30 onwards on the Friday evening (the ferry will get you into the mainland at 15:00).
Recommended Ferry
Our recommended arrival ferry is booked through Toremar (one of our team will send you the link upon booking the retreat), departing Livorno on the Friday at 15:30 and arriving into Capraia at 18:15. Regarding your departure ferry we recommend booking the ferry departing from Capraia at 11:45 on the Friday and arriving into Livorno just before 15:00.
Port Transfer
One of our team will be waiting for your arrival at the ferry port in Capraia ready to take you the short 10 minute car journey up to the fort. If you cannot meet this time and have not made alternative arrangements with our team then please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist your arrival.
WHAT WE
SUGGEST
Book the first flight of the day and make your way into historic Pisa or picturesque Lucca for a stroll around and a spot of lunch before making your way to the ferry. To make the most of your time and to save a rush why not even stay a night or two on the mainland before you make your way to us.
