Root - the foundation retreat
Root is about reconnecting with yourself and establishing a solid foundation for your journey in movement, play and rest. This retreat invites you to explore your natural connection to your body, cultivate awareness and lay the groundwork for a balanced, vibrant practice.

Root is not about achieving specific physical outcomes. It is about creating the conditions that allow you to move freely, play joyfully and rest fully. It is a chance to refresh your perspective, realign your energy and nurture the underlying connection that supports everything you do in Wildfitness and beyond.
Rise - the transformative retreat
Rise builds on the foundation you established in Root, guiding you into a more expansive phase of movement, play and rest. This retreat helps you take the awareness, connection and grounding you've cultivated and translate it into greater freedom, energy, depth and vitality. Rise is about exploring new ways to move, engage and express yourself - deepening your connection to your body and to your natural rhythm.

By continuing from the foundation of Root, Rise honours everything you have developed while opening the door to new possibilities. It allows you to move more fully, play more freely and experience your body's energy in ways that feel alive, joyful and transformative.
