7:00 - Morning wake up & frisbee.
8:00 - Journalling. Followed by breakfast.
9:30 - Wild movement practice & discussion. Followed by lunch.
13:30 - Lifting & carrying.
15:30 - Down time & tea.
18:00 - Deep rest. Followed by dinner.

Autumn Grounding is a six-day retreat focused on natural movement, playful practice and restorative rest. Each day combines guided sessions in movement and play to build coordination and presence. Evenings are dedicated to rest, recovery and reflection.
The retreat is designed to help you move more efficiently, stay steady under effort and reconnect with your body and surroundings.
