7:00 - Morning wake up & frisbee.
8:00 - Journalling. Followed by breakfast.
9:30 - Wild movement practice & discussion. Followed by lunch.
13:30 - Lifting & carrying.
15:30 - Down time & tea.
18:00 - Deep rest. Followed by dinner.
Due to the nature of this particular retreat and the layout of the venue itself we try to keep each room as single occupancy.
