Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized bananas

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup of raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds

  • 2 mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Alternatives:

You can use organic yoghurt or kefir if preferred. If choosing this method, take out the lime juice.
