The King Suite comprises a superior private area of approximately 60 m2, including a private balcony with hallucinating views over the swimming pool and the Mediterranean to the south.
South
The South Suite, along with Sjal and King, share the first floor. Just outside the room is a delightful area on the landing, perfect for reading in the mid-afternoon sun.
Sjal
The Sjal Suite enjoys the cheer of dazzling skylight until late in the afternoon, and an amazing seven meter high ceiling, whose African teak-covered room and open plan, independent bathroom add to its incredible feeling of bliss.
Bovera

Right Barn
The adjacent barn has been converted into two fantastic, rustic rooms (known as Right Barn and Left Barn). Situated about 30m from the main house these rooms provide the occupants with a perfect quiet getaway from the main house.

Queen
This spacious penthouse suite features the villa’s most amazing southern views of the sea, the swimming pool and the terrace, with the peaceful Menorca countryside within its reach. woodblock briccole floors and luxury bathrooms.
Cousins
The section is somewhat more private than the rest of the boutique villa. Light and airy on the top floor of the house, this room hosts extraordinarily clear views of the canyon belonging to the estate to the north.
