Wildfitness, in association with Janine Woodcock (author of The Power of Choices), bring you a virtual retreat experience; Your Success Your Choice.

Transform your lockdown by learning how to set boundaries during this empowering three-part (virtual) workshop.

 

Dates: 6th February, 20th February and 6th March 2021.

Time: 10:30-12:00 (GMT).

Open to all worldwide.

 

Dive into our three, 90 minute workshops (one every two weeks) and you’ll experience:

  • theoretical frameworks, tools and techniques.
  • exercises to help you turn the theory into practice.
  • practical activities to promote your wellbeing, including breath work techniques and mobility snacks.
  • group interaction (using breakout rooms, polls, exercises, and other virtual collaboration tools).

You’ll leave the workshop series with the following:

  • an understanding of how the unique experiences in your life shape your drive.
  • an understanding of how your drive affects your relationship with stress.
  • ‘thought-hacks’ to help you make good choices in the moment, and over time.
  • knowing how to deal with ‘boundary saboteurs’ (those things/ people that keep eating away at time you’ve protected).
  • knowing to identify and respect your own needs, and how to communicate those needs.
  • a basic knowledge of how to use breath to help you relax, de-stress, reduce anxiety and promote overall wellbeing.
  • an array of mobility techniques designed to not only oil the joints and prevent the aches and pains that so often occur from a days sitting but to also keep your mind focused and active.

  • Payment to be made in full via the Wildfitness website upon booking.
  • No refunds (part of full) will be issued for cancellations made within 7 day’s or less of the commencement of the course on the 6th February 2021.
  • The workshop will need to be attended in person as they are not recorded.  Our work is experienced in the moment and confidentiality ‘in the room’ encourages openness and participation
  • A minimum of 10 people are required.
