Dive into our three, 90 minute workshops (one every two weeks) and you’ll experience:
- theoretical frameworks, tools and techniques.
- exercises to help you turn the theory into practice.
- practical activities to promote your wellbeing, including breath work techniques and mobility snacks.
- group interaction (using breakout rooms, polls, exercises, and other virtual collaboration tools).
You’ll leave the workshop series with the following:
- an understanding of how the unique experiences in your life shape your drive.
- an understanding of how your drive affects your relationship with stress.
- ‘thought-hacks’ to help you make good choices in the moment, and over time.
- knowing how to deal with ‘boundary saboteurs’ (those things/ people that keep eating away at time you’ve protected).
- knowing to identify and respect your own needs, and how to communicate those needs.
- a basic knowledge of how to use breath to help you relax, de-stress, reduce anxiety and promote overall wellbeing.
- an array of mobility techniques designed to not only oil the joints and prevent the aches and pains that so often occur from a days sitting but to also keep your mind focused and active.
