Lee Saxby
Lee brings a scientific backbone to our concept of what is ‘wild’. An expert in biomechanics and functional medicine, his particular skill is in teaching methodical and practical systems to ‘rehab’ humans using his evolutionary philosophy. Lee trains Wildfitness coaches and has contributed to much of the content of the Wildfitness literature.
Lee Saxby is a true innovator within the world of health and fitness. After graduating with a degree in Sport Science he has been on a 15 year quest around the globe, seeking the most powerful techniques and studying with leading researchers in the fields of biomechanics, nutrition, athletic training, evolutionary biology and functional medicine. The result is a pioneering approach to human health and fitness, combining ancient wisdom with cutting edge science to reverse the chronic structural and metabolic problems that plague modern humans and provide profound results.
