9 day Kickstart

This course will cover all the basic parts of the Wildfitness philosophy but will also be a rollercoaster of ourdoor experience that will leave you feeling energised, inspired and with a new confidence in your body's ability. The schedule is packed with workshops, movement classes and adventurous training. You will feel your body changing and will learn the basic tools to transform your training, eating and attitude when you return home.

The 9-day kick start includes the following:

  • An initial 15 minute assessment with our trainers that records performance parameters including specific movement patterns and running. We do not recommend that body composition is measured as 9 days is too short a time for us to advise you to aim for a significant change in this. 
  • A 15 minute follow up explanation and guidance through the individualised exercises prescribed as a result of this assessment 
  • A 15 minute reassessment at the end of the course 
  • An information USB to take away with before and after footage of your movement patterns, posture and running plus photos and information on workouts you will learn on the course 
  • 2 - 3 training sessions per day 
  • 5 workshops covering movement, metabolism & nutrition 
  • 2 massages 
  • 2 group sessions of stretching/flexibility 
  • 1 morning off 
  • All food, transport and accommodation 

Note: You may find that there are other participants on the course that are partaking in longer courses and are therefore entitled to different things or are in a different stage in the process. This course is predominantly group activities although the trainers are around to talk with at any stage and the group size is a maximum of 14 people. The longer courses have more one-to-one time scheduled in. Exact therapies and skills on offer will vary between courses depending on the team. Email us regarding which team members will be running your course.

    • 2 week Revitalise

      This course covers all the basics of our Kick Start course but goes that much further: you will be able gain real confidence in the core skill areas of fighting, lifting and wild running, you will have more opportunity to use your new-found energy with extra fun activities and will really see and feel the difference in your body.

    • Long Transformation Course

      This course is made up of our Kick Start course, followed by the Revitalise course. You will have the opportunity to really progress with your core skills, measure your improvement in key activities, learn a lot about your body, seriously boost your fitness and feel and look very different.

    • Bespoke

      Kenya is an amazing location for your own exclusive and bespoke Wildfitness experience. We can organise courses for corporate groups, family groups and groups of friends. Booking your own bespoke course means that you have the freedom to choose the length of the course, plus the activities and emphasis of the experience.
